I have got 32 percentile in jee main and got 55%in Board examination.can i got any branch in CET college bbsr?

At these marks there is no chance to get admission in any govt college like NIT or Gfit At these marks your general rank will be upto near 4lakh and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in govt college but i will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India if you given the paper of JEE mains and secured rank upto 5lakh and 12th percentage is good then you can take admission in any govt college by state counselling hope you understand

You JEE Mains percentile is very low. With 32 percentile you can't get your desired college through JEE couselling. In JEE Counselling seats will be allocated based on merit and eligibility criteria only. If any one fail that criteria they lose the chance of getting seat. In JEE exams we can't expect correct cut off marks because every year it will chance. It change according to number of students attended & tough level of the paper based on this cutoff will be released. In your case you have very low percentile you may not get a chance of admission.
