The cutoffs are in the form of Percentages. So I would suggest you calculate your percentage and then look for cutoffs.
Please find the cutoffs for Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at the following links.
Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Home and other than home district& category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc).
