Hi ! Your rank in JEE main for general category is decent. Now since you are having a border quota you will get PEC Chandigarh. Not sure about CSE or ECE but sure about other streams. CSE and ECE is not impossible but it depends on your luck. If not PEC then try for Thapar. So best of luck to you.
