As you know that NIIT and IITS are the top colleges in india , also they need cutoff rank upto 5000-10000. So as far you hope to get a government college, it won't happen.
But you can try for college prediction by the link given below :-

Also you are from category, but the seats for reserved classes are not that much . So competition is a lot .
