The percentage is pretty low to be honest, but given the criteria of SC girls category, you can get in some of these colleges -

Paramhansa Ramkrishna Maunibaba Shikshan Santha's , Anuradha Engineering College, Chikhali
DY Patil college, Mumbai
Datta Meghe college, Thane
Shri Hanuman Vyayam Prasarak Mandals College of Engineering & Technology, Amravati
