I have got 40 overall rank in WBNAT 2019...WHICH GOVT College i will get? What is the fee structure and will they provide stipend or not??

WBNAT is conducted by WBUHS for admission to post-basic nursing courses.Based upon the rank that you have scored you may get admission among the top colleges in West Bengal accepting WBNAT scores.Now it all depends upon the cutoffs,since they depend upon various factors which are always subject to change.Bsc Nursing is a 4 years, one can get stipend if engaged in an internship for practical experience.Also check the official website for more information.
