You haven't mentioned the name of the exam in which you have scored the marks.
If you are talking about JEE Mains then its passing percentile or cutoff for SC category is 54 percentile.
You haven't met the required cutoff marks. So you can't get the seat based on JEE mains marks.
You need to appear for other exams like CET and score well enough to get a seat in any of the engineering and college.
