I have got 41.5 percentile in st category would I get nit seat in cse group at any place

It totally depends on the cutoff for this year.
But considering your category also it seems quite tough that you can get CSE branch in any NIT by the provided percentile.But definitely you have time at your side and can improve your percentile in September exam.
