I have got 4228 rank in BBA ipu cet 2019, i am from delhi, general and defense quota. As per predicted cut offs, which colleges can I get?

with 4228, you will not get the top colleges like maharja surajmal , agrasen etc but you may get the following colleges:
jims kalkaji
jims rohini
trinity institute
ideal institute
