I have got 44% tile GEE main I belong to OBC category which college refer to me

The chances of getting into a government college through JEE is almost not possible with such a score. I guess apply for a private college but most of the good institutes have closed their admission window and you would have to wait for the next year. I would suggest try your luck on JEE once again and keep a backup ready.
