as you have got 45 marks in ap eamcet exam,in which 40marks are the qualifying marks for the exam,you would be eligible for the counselling.you will be able to get a free seat in some college which is comparatively low in standards. However this is not final the final result may vary as it is based on previous years cutoffs and predictions.lets hope for the best to happen to us
