I have got 4963 rank, in nimcet 2019 can I get admission in IP colleges as IP is related to NIMCET now ??

Yes it is right that IPU is now related or say accepting NIMCET scores from this year onwards. But one thing more as there is no such previous records available about IPU as NIMCET was not available till last year for IPU. So we couldn't say which college would you get. But with the rank which you have more than 4400 it is possible that you might not get a seat in IPU.
