I have got 50 % and 45 percentile in 12 th can I give neet exam 2020

Your overall % in your class 12th board examination is not considered for Neet eligibility, is 50 % mentioned by you is your aggregate % in PCB or overall

Nevertheless, to be eligible you must have passed your class 12th board examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories . You should have also passed English in your 12th examination
If you satisfy this requirement , then you are eligible for Neet examination

Also , to be eligible for neet 2020 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2020

You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in your Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If 45% is your aggregate, then you are eligible for NEET only if you belong to OBC/SC/ST and not if you belobg to General Category.
