I have got 50,395 CRL Rank 6,362 EWS rank can I get CSE or electronics in any NITS?I am from Andhra Pradesh.

At 50,395 common rank list (CRL) you might get some departments of NITs in the normal rounds of counseling, however getting departments like CSE or electronics seems far fetched at this point in time. You should wait for the spot rounds for that purpose. All the best.
