i have got 510 marks belongs to UR category .can i get govt. medical college in UP
I am expect 510 marks in NEET UG 2019 and i am belongs to undeserved category. Can i get any govt. Medical collage through AI quota
I would like to congratulate you on your good marks in NEET UG. There is a good chance that you will get a government medical college in UP with these marks. Scoring above 500 in NEET UG is a score that is considered good enough for getting a decent medical college in India.
For unreserved category you may expect a decent college in your state.
You may also apply for a medical college outside your state with the All India Rank. The All India quota is 15% in every medical college across the India.
Wish you all the best in all your future endeavours.

Good luck.
It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is
impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular
state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the
National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to
previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination
but not for any particular state as such
There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates
appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and
the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may
choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility
for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across
the country
The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an
approximate can be determined from the evaluation of
previous years' cut off
I hope this piece of information proves to be of some help to
you

- The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.
- Assuming you are applying through the 15% All India Quota under General Category for a Government Medical College, the cut-off for NEET 2017 was Rank 5579 which corresponds to a score of approximately 520 marks out of 720.
- Since this year, the cut offs will be higher. The expected cut off will be 550+. There are lesser chances through All India Quota. However, through State Quota, you will definitely get into a private college. There is a slight chance for a government college in UP. All the best!
It's a bit difficult my friend if we see it from view of previous year data but yes of course we can't deny the fact of high number of colleges in UP, also the cut off is thought to be a bit low this time.
