I have got 58 marks and 215633 rank in JEE mains 2017.can I able to get any good govt. college?if not then what other options can I pursue?

You have less chances to get government colleges based on your marks and ranks you can try in private colleges.
You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
