It's difficult to predict your admission chances based on your percentile. As per the previous year cutoff, The chances are less to get a seat in NIT Warangal or any other NIT with this percentile. You can try for the state level counselling,
I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020 if you wish to get admission in NITs.
