So I suggest you to give some state level engineering exams as there are some very good colleges there which accept low class 12 Marks for admitting in some good government college.

To qualify for JEE mains a student must score more than 75% aggregate in 12th class for general/obc category & for SC/ST category a student should score more than 65%. So if you are from SC/ST you can get seat in IIT, NIT etc.
But if you are general/obc student you wait for bihar board to release its top 20 percentile. If you marks lie in top 20 percentile in 2020 list you can qualify for admission.
