I have got 68 percentile in jee mains and 92.2 percentage in class 12th cbse examinations which engineering colleges would I be able to get

Sorry to inform you that you won't get any government college at this percentile but you can try for some good private college or you may take a year drop for preparation of JEE exam and do well in that.

Hey Akshat! With 68 percentile in JEE Mains 2019 you won't be able to apply for JEE Advance 2019 and you are not  eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019 as you have not cleared JEE mains. Still there are many private college for which you can apply and complete your engineering.
