i have got 70% in 12 standard please tell me can i get admission in BSc in RG college

Hope you doing well, According to your score you would not get the rg college for bsc but don't feel sad you can apply for some other private colleges as they also provide some great opportunities so i would suggest you to look after the private colleges as well
