I have got 71 percentile in orc category my rank in obc is 117349 I can get seat in any government or public private colleges.

According to your rank and based on the previous year cutoff, chances would be less of getting a seat in engineering colleges through JoSAA Counselling. However, you can get seat through state level counselling.

You have decent chances of getting a seat through Pubjab Engineering Counselling.
You can use the JEE Main College Predictor Tool to check your chances of admission through state counselling-
