I have got 72.057 percentile in JEE mains do I qualified ?

It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the qualifying score But a score of more than 85 percentile, You should have decent chance to qualify the exam.
With this percentile the chances seems less to qualify the exam or get a seat in NITs as a General category. I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
