There is no particular restriction for all colleges that whether a candidate is allowed to pursue B.Com (//B.Com) or not on the basis of his/her 12th marks. It is college specific.Every Institute has its own criteria for admissions to its B.Com (//B.Com) program.
For getting admission in some particular institute and to know about that particular institute, you are advised to visit the website of that particular institute and find the relevant information including eligibility criteria, fee, etc.
