Hello Aradhna,

With 75% at HSC level, you can definitely go for B. Com (Hons.) in regular Government Colleges. The eligibility criteria for the course says that candidates must pass Class 12 with 45% aggregate marks, and the admission process will be merit-based and sometimes based on performance in Entrance Examinations, depending on the college/university you choose to study in.
