I have got 80-85 marks in jee main jan 9th shift 2 what will my percentile and how many marks should I score in April 2020 that I will get any nit which placement is good I am obc ncl and from UP PLS tell me approximately any nit or government college that has good placement

Your percentile will be near to 90 as per the previous year percentile chart.  Try to score approximately 80% of the total marks so that you will land up in top NIT campus.

It also depends on your category that from which category you are .But you score is quite low .So try your best for April attempt.If your score in April attempt is around 220+ then you can get best nit in terms of placement, faculties and facilities which are nit Trichy,Nit surathkal and nit warangal.
