It is difficult to predict the actual rank or JEE Advanced qualifying marks as for the first time JEE Main is being conducted twice and rank will be based on NTA percentile score.
You may calculate your expected rank.
145386 are the number of candidates appeared for the JEE Main paper 2 January exam. So rank formula is (100- your total score) * 145386/ 100.
Your expected rank will be around 27332. This is the probable rank and may change according to the number of candidates which will appear for the JEE Main April exam.

I have calculated your aproximated rank for the percentile you mentioned and found out to be around 27500 in crl. But it may change as it is an expected rank only. You will know your actual rank when reault is published.
