Sorry but you will not be able to write Advanced exam because this year JEE MAIN 2019 CUT OFF is 89.7548849 percentile .. don't loose hope and try it for the next year and hope you will get your desire college next time ... all the best

Hello candidate,
According to our experts the cut off for qualifying for JEE advanced will be around 85 percentile this year. So you have slim chance of qualifying for JEE advanced.

Cut off for Jee advance is 89.7548849 for general category.
So you are not able to write Jee advance.
