I have got 84 percentile in mains with general category.but now I have ews.Any benifits with it?

Hello student yes there's benefit for jee main April examination NTA will consider you as an ews category student but for jee main there's no difference. You can't go back and change the details what you can do is appear in April jee main exam with ews category even for appearing in advance you need to appear in jee main April exam as the expected qualifying percentile is above 85 percentile for Genral category.
You can easily calculate and get your rank by using this formula.
(100 - your total percentile) ×869010 /100.
In your case your rank must be around 1,39, 041
