General - 89.75
Gen EWS - 78.21
OBC Category - 74.31
SC Candidate - 54.01
ST Candidate - 44.33
PWD Candidate - 0.11
This year also similar trend will occur, the cutoff will be close to this only, it may change 1-2 percentile. So with 88,if you are a General Candidate then you are not eligible for JEE Advanced. So,If you are other than General candidate then you are eligible for JEE Advanced.
More over you should give JEE Main April as your percentile is very low, 88 percentile corresponds to around 1.3 lakhs rank, with this rank you will not get any NIT, so you should try for JEE Main April.
