I have got 90.7 percentile and belongs to obc.My rank is 30295.Can i get a good college in South India?

Yes.Because of the HS quota in the JEE mains you may get admission in the institute like NIT Warangal.But according to the previous analysis you won't be getting a good or core branch in the institute.Just go through the JOSAA opening and closing ranks to get a perfect clarity.Thank you.
