I have got 91.5 in jee main and i have defence quota can I expect trichy nit?

Hello Student,
There are many colleges that have Defence Quota for admissions.
But, I am sorry to say that IITs and NITs do not offer any kind of defence quota.
As per JEE guidelines, there are reservations only on state basis(home and other state), OBC, SC, ST and PwD.
So, with your percentile it's not possible to get NIT Trichy, if you are a general category student. Even chances for other categories are low at this score.
