Firstly many congratulations for your outstanding percentile in mht cet. Now coming to your question. In order to calculate your rank just use this simple formula,

(100-Percentile) *413284/100

Now, as far as your college is concern I'm providing you the link in which you have to fill in the basic details like your rank, region of choice, state, etc and you will end up having the list of colleges which are open for you.

According to your percentile, your rank would be-

2,76,166 * 0.0747 = 20,630

With this rank, it will not be possible for you to get a top govt. college like COEP Pune, VIT Pune, PICT Pune, VJTI Mumbai, ICT Mumbai or WCE Sangli because you need to secure a rank below 12,000 if you are from an unreserved category.

You can try MHT CET 2019 counselling which will increase your chances of getting a reputed private college or a lower-tier govt. college.
