Hello Rishita,
With this rank in VITEE you will not be able to get Computer Science and Engineering stream in any of the VIT Campuses. You can try for Information Technology stream but again it will be also very difficult to get into it with this rank. If you want to take only CSE Branch then I suggest you to look for any other college or university.
