I have got 92pecentile in jee main2019 but I have scored 72%in state bordexam can I get any nit or privatecollege through counselling.

It depends. basically the eligibility criteria for getting admitted into NITs is that:
- Candidates need to have scored a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12th or equivalent exam or be in top 20 percentile in their class 12 exam conducted by their respective boards. For SC/ST students the percentage is 65%.
Since you haven't scored 75% in your 12th boards. So now you need to confirm that whether you are present in top 20 percentile of your board exam.
