Congrats on scoring such a good mark. If you come to the reality of the world, you will see that your percentage don't choose the course for further studies. If you contradict that, you won't be getting success. So, it is better to choose one which favours your mindset and you have interest in.
In the field of medicine, you can go for pharmaceuticals, MBBS, bachelors in medicine, and a much vast fields are open up for you.
