I have got 94.06 percentile in jee mains. In which college(nit or private) will i be able to get cse branch? I belong to obc category.

As you have got 94.06 marks in JEE Mains, your rank might be close to around 1.3 Lakh. There is a very good chance to get into new NITs. But I wouldnt suggest joining these. You should go for good state engineering colleges instead.
But if your heart is set on NIT, then for reference following is the list of NITs where there is good chance for you to get admission:
