I have got 9.48 points in +2. Shall I get scholarship?

The scholarship is initiated based on a number of factors that decide whether the scholarship will be issued or not. Some of these factors are:

1. The number of students applied for the scholarship.

2. Their grades as only a certain top percentage are selected.

3. Institute or university's guidelines.

4. Scholarship norms.

So now if a candidate satisfies the above factors then only a scholarship is awarded to the candidate. But, since your scores are remarkably high you have a high possibility of getting a scholarship to your name.
