I have got 95 percentile & I am a obc student do I get cse in any nits , iiits my obc rank is 15k

Congratulations for your results. Hope you are doing well. You are having a good rank and so yes you can get admission in any NIT or IIIT though you will surely get cs branch is little difficult as for CSE branch cutoff goes very high . Considering your obc quota you are having chances of getting NIT or IIIT but CSE is tough as any other branches you may get.

You can go through the previous years cutoff of CSE branch in various NIT's
