I have got 96.59 percentile and 38415 gen rank. What are the good nits and iiits in which i can gey CSE.

You have very less chance of getting CSE in any nit or iiit as the cutoff for them is higher. Though you can try for spot round there you have chances of iiit or nit but CSE has still less chance. If you want to get CSE then there are good colleges private where you can get cse. Check JEE main cutoff

First of all by mains rank you can not an IIT.So lets talk abour NITs now....we can not predict counselling colleges before and i am sure that you will get a NIT for sure. My suggestion is that its better for you to apply for all colleges on site so you do not miss anything.
