Hello student,
You have a very decent score in JEE Mains paper 2. But 97.7 percentile with rank 5770 can not get you into any of the NITs except if you are willing to pursue Planning Engineering. As according to previous year cutoffs, you can get a seat in architecture in some of the NITs like Raipur and Hamirpur if you belong to respective states under state quota. With this you won't even get CFTIs.
You can try in IPU, other govt universities. All the best!!
