I have got 97.7percentile in jee paper 2 and 67.7%in board will I get seat in NIT if not what are the other possibility.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Also, another majority deciding factor is home state quota, which you have not mentioned here. One thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas. However you can go through the following article to know the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection .
