So you have scored a percentile of 94.4 in MHT CET but you are not happy with it. I think your performance was good. You scored more than 94.4% students who appeared for the examination. Alternatively your second choice is to search for courses which you want to do as an alternative to your first preferred course initially. For example if you aren't able to get CSE (say) then go for IT in a good college. In case of medical go for MBBS in some other college. I am sure there are plenty of opportunities.
