If you could not get any colleges even after 6th round then please do not be forced to take any colleges whicever come to you after sopt round or next round.
You can get few colleges in Orrisa if you directly call them or go to their office, i am not that sure but you must try if you don't want to waste your 1 year.

If you did not get a seat till 6th round then chances are quite low that you can get a college. However, if this was your first attempt, then I suggest you should take a drop year and prepare again.
Give JEE MAIN 2020, and try to score above 150 marks and your OBC-NCL under 15-20k. Then you will certainly get into some decent college. Here are some links for you:
