I have got a seat in second councillng. But I didn't like it. So I want to go with my 1st counseling seat??

You mentioned that you got a seat in a institute in second Counseling. But you didn't like that alloted institute.

Now you can definitely get the seat of first counseling if you like that alloted institute.
