I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get into any nits as nits are indias one of the most sought colleges so they have high cutoffs to get admission into any.
Either you take part in any other councelling or else you take a year drop to prepare more intensely to get into any prestigious college of engineering .

As you know that NIIT and IITS are top institute in india , so if you wish to get admission there you must have rank below 5k or 10 k .
Otherwise you won't get any government college. So with this rank you won't get any Niit .

There are only 35-40 thousands seats in nits.
