I have got air 5231in mains in which colleges i am getting IT branch for general Candidate and outside region

Since you have not specified the name of exam for which you are enquiring. According to your profile you are Engineering aspirant, so considering the JEE-Main exam, till now the official rank list has not been declared by the NTA for JEE-Main 2020.

If your rank would be 5231 than you have good scope in top NITs like NIT Rourkela, NIT Warangal, NIT Karnataka, NIT Jaipur, NIT Surathakal and so on. Even you are qualified for JEE-Advance exam.

I would suggest you to prepare for JEE-Advance and try to score good marks in it which will take you to premier institutions of India like IITs.

You can also use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the college according to your percentile and category.
