The authorities have not officially declared any cut off lists yet for 2019 but according to previous years data you are qualified.
With the rank you have mentioned you have high chances of getting BFTech at NIFT Chennai, NIFT Kannur , NIFT Mumbai, NIFT Patna , NIFT kolkata, NIFT Kangra with your category rank.
