I have got disability certificate from district hospital, aurangabad, with 60% permanent disability. so this certificate is valid throughout state engineering college???

You are applicable for any Engineering college in sate. At the time of the registration or joining in the college you will be asked to fill the information about the physical disability if any. So at the time for the verification once you allotted the institute, you will have to show the certificate of the disability. And there are no specific college list declared  for the physical disability certificate. All the information are required to be filled online/offline and then you have to give the original document at the time of verification . Do not worry about the acceptance for the specific institutions.
