I have got engineering seat in MVJ at white field . can i assure 100% placement in that colllege what if not?????????

First of all I would like to clear one thing that there's no college where there is 100 % placement, so there's no 100 % surety of getting placed in any college.
And in your MVJ college placement scenario is bad ,Only a few students got placed last year while others struggled themselves .
In case you didn't get placed, you can try for jobs off campus but you will have to struggle for it due to huge competition for job .
