Yes you can surely fill form for JEE advanced as this certificate is required for the ews category as your father name will be written on the income certificate as you are student only till date and you does not go for earning also for the ews category there will be a separate category certificate which can be made with the help of income certificate and that will show that you belong to the ews category.
